How quickly do you reply?
Within twenty-four hours for a request sent through the form or by email. For a breakdown the phone is faster: what is possible today gets said out loud.
What do you need in order to quote?
The address of the property, what the problem or the project is, and if possible two or three photos. For electrical work, a photo of the open consumer unit. For a leak, a photo of where the water is showing. That is often enough to give an order of magnitude before anyone travels, and it avoids a wasted visit.
How do I report an emergency?
By phone, not through the form. A leak or an electrical fault is dealt with by voice: we tell you straight away what is possible today and what to do in the meantime. The form is for quotes and planned work.
