Privacy policy

In short

This website sets only one cookie, the one that remembers your language, uses no audience measurement tool and creates no accounts. The only data we receive is what you send us yourself through the quote form, and it is used solely to answer you.

The quote form

The information collected is: your name, your company where relevant, your phone number and email address, the town where the work is to be done, the nature of your request and your message. Only your name and one way of reaching you are required; the rest simply helps us prepare a useful answer.

This information is sent to us by email. It is not stored in a website database, and it is never sold, rented or passed on to third parties for commercial purposes.

Why we are allowed to process it: you send it to us on your own initiative in order to obtain a quotation. These are pre-contractual steps taken at your request.

How long we keep it: three years from our last exchange if no work follows. Where work does take place, the related documents are kept for the legal periods applying to accounting records and to the warranty on the work carried out.

Cookies and analytics

A single cookie is placed on your device: it remembers the language you chose, so that you are not asked again on every page. It is kept for one year and serves no other purpose. Regulations exempt it from consent, because the site cannot work properly without it.

Hosting and security

The site is hosted by o2switch, on servers located in France. Like any web server, ours technically records the IP addresses that connect to it, as does the security extension protecting the site against intrusion attempts. These records serve only the security and proper running of the site, are never used commercially, and are deleted automatically after a few weeks.

Your rights

You may at any time request access to your data, its correction or deletion, or object to its processing. A simple message to contact@grsolution.fr is enough, and we reply within one month.

If our answer does not satisfy you, you may refer the matter to the French data protection authority (CNIL), 3 place de Fontenoy, 75007 Paris, cnil.fr.

Changes to this policy

This page may change if the site does. The version published online is always the one that applies.
